Amy is an artist and qualified Creative Facilitator based in Bristol. Originally from Pembrokeshire, West Wales, she moved to London to study Printed Textiles and Decorative Arts, later working as an interior design consultant and teacher in Notting Hill, where she also completed private commissions.

Her travels have deeply influenced her artistic style, drawing inspiration from the textures, patterns, and symbols of Mexican, Indian, and Moroccan cultures. Amy’s large-format, richly layered paintings incorporate materials like Italian plaster, gold and silver leaf, acrylics, and pigments, resulting in bold and dynamic works.

After the loss of her father, Amy turned to Creative Journaling as a way to heal and process her grief. This practice helped her rediscover her creativity in a therapeutic and meaningful way, leading her to complete a Foundation Degree in Creative Arts Therapies.

Amy continues to exhibit her paintings while leading arts-in-health projects and Creative Journaling workshops, sharing her passion for self-expression and the healing power of art.
